Hello, I’m Grace, the heart behind Ushine. My journey with yoga began not as an expert, but as a seeker—a busy professional, a tired mom, and a woman rediscovering her strength.

For years, my practice was inconsistent, until a move to the coast gifted me the time to truly begin. I met inspiring women in their 60s and 70s whose grace and vitality showed me the true power of yoga. It wasn’t just exercise; it was healing. My debilitating menstrual pain, something I had accepted as normal, quietly disappeared.

Then came motherhood—a beautiful, exhausting whirlwind that left my health and sleep in fragmented. It was only when my child started school that I returned to my mat and my self. Yoga gave me back my sleep, my energy, and my purpose.

That’s why I created Ushine.

I believe yoga is for everyone. It doesn’t have to be expensive or perfect. It starts with a single mat and a commitment to yourself. We offer high-quality, accessible yoga products—from mats to wearables—but we offer something more important: a invitation to a conscious lifestyle.
